First off, Thank You.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity to compete for your event later this month. A little about me - I've been a full-time photographer for 17 years. I spent the initial 6 years in the music industry photographing live shows for artists like Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Flo Rider among others. While I still do some work in the music industry, I've been focusing on the corporate event space for the last 11 years. I take my work very seriously and strive to be the most amazing, easy going, talented photographer you've ever worked with. My friendly, can-do attitude has led to most new clients retaining my services for future events and building relationships like this is something I take great pride in.

I will be professionally dressed to suit your event. Be it a sporting event, music festival or business conference, I will dress the part.
I carry multiple cameras, all new, top of the line Sony cameras with a variety of lenses. Additional lighting equipment may be required based on the venue and this is provided at no additional charge.
I'll deliver the final images within 24 hours of your event. Most photos will be availalbe near-real time in an online photo album we'll provide you a link to. Headshot photos will be available by 2/21/2025.
Delivered images are organized by folder of where/what specific event they were taken. This keeps them orderly and makes them easy for you to locate specific items. To the right you'll find the structure delivered from a recent event. Inside each folder you will find two versions of each photo - high resolution images for print, and lower resolution images for posting online.

What you can expect

A mix of images of your presenters, along with candid and posed photos of your attendees. If there are additional needs please let me know so I can exceed your expectations. Here are two albums from recent events to quickly review:

Your Proposal

Scope of Work:

Standard conference event photography with a headshot photo station set up for 2 days with open times TBD.

Event Location: Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport

Monday, February 17, 2025, 2:00PM - 6:00PM

Due to the nature of this event I'm only chargingfor 2 hours. There's a limited number of people and photo opportunities so there will be some down time. $450

Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 10:00AM - 4:30PM, 6:30PM - 9:30PM

Standard daily rate, $2195

Wednesday, February 19, 2025, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Standard daily rate, $1895

My bid is $3,795 which includes a first-time client discount of $745. I'm flexible on time, if we go over up to a half hour from what's been outlined there will not be any additional charges. If we need to add additional hours (on top of the 30 minute grace time), the hourly rate is $225 per hour.

There are no additional fees. This includes all images and usage rights release. Final images will be delivered via dropbox and online photo gallery (or other similar file sharing service).
