2025 NAGDCA Annual Conference 

First off, Thank You.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity to compete for your event later this month.  A little bit about myself; I've been a full-time photographer for 17 years. I spent the initial 6 years of my career in the music industry photographing live shows for artists such Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Flo Rida, and many more. While I still do some work in the music industry, I've been focusing on the corporate event space for the last 11 years. I take my work very seriously and strive to be the most amazing, easy going, talented photographer you've ever worked with. My friendly, can do it attitude has led to most new clients retaining my services for future events and building relationships this way this is something I take great pride in.

  • I will be professionally dressed to suit your event.  The typical attire for a conference like yours is black slacks and a black polo. If you have specific attire preferences please let me know; I'm happy to acomodate your request.
     

  • I carry multiple cameras, all new, top of the line Sony cameras with a variety of lenses.  For headshots, we will be using 2 or 3 studio lights based on the room we're photographing in.  You can choose white, black or grey muslin headshot backdrops.  If selected, I can provide you sample headshots with each backdrops.  We'll also provide you a short email to send to the attendees participating so they can dress accordingly to maximize their experience.
     

  • I'll deliver the final images within 24 hours of your event.  Photos are typically  available at the end of each day in an online photo album.  Headshot photos will be available within 1 business day after the date taken.  Guests can select their favorite photo for additional retouching.  Retouched images will be available by 10/4/2025 or within 72 hours of guests final image selection.  There is no additional charge for retouching.
     

  • Delivered images are organized by folder of where/what specific event they were taken. This keeps them orderly and makes them easy for you to locate specific items.  To the right you'll find the structure delivered from a recent event.  Inside each folder you will find two versions of each photo - high resolution images for print, and lower resolution images for posting online.

What you can expect

  • A mix of images of your presenters, along with candid and posed photos of your attendees.  If there are additional needs please let me know so I can exceed your expectations.  Here are two albums from recent events to quickly review:

Your Proposal

Scope of Work:

Standard conference event photography with a headshot photo station on Sunday 9.28.2025.

Event Location: Hilton Bayfront San Diego

Sunday, September 28, 2025, 3:00PM - 6:00PM

  • Due to the nature of this event I'm only charging for 2 hours.  I don't charge my clients for walk-thru orientaion or setup.  Ideally I would like to set the headshot room at 2:00PM so I have ample time to perfect the lighting.  The standard rate for the services on this date is $450.


Monday, September 29, 2025, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

  • Standard daily rate, $1895
     

Tuesday, September 30, 2025, 9:00AM to 4:00PM, 6:00PM to 8:30PM

  • Extended daily rate, $2395

Wednesday, October 1, 2025, 9:00AM to 11:15AM

  • Partial daily rate, $450

My bid is $3,995 which includes a first-time client discount of $1,195.  I'm flexible on time, if we go over up to a half hour from what's been outlined there will not be any additional charges.  If we need to add additional hours (on top of the 30 minute grace time), the hourly rate is $225 per hour.

There are no additional fees.  This includes all images and usage rights release.  Final images will be delivered via dropbox and online photo gallery (or other similar file sharing service).
